Dear fishing friends!
The Tolmin fishing club invites you to a joint fishing and charity family picnic, which will be held on Saturday, September 16, on the sports field Pod Lahnica next to the village of Volarje.
The anglers’ gathering is at 7 a.m., and fishing is expected to last between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. We suggest that anglers gather in groups of four to minimize the number of cars. Each group chooses its fishing location at its own discretion, and groups that want to fish in other sections (Idrijca, Bača, Učja, …) do not need to attend the gathering. Each member must enter a normal fishing day in the fishing permit. Groups that contribute the most beautiful fishing photos will be awarded.
The picnic will start at 12:00, and club members, their family members and tourist fishermen are all invited.
Due to logistics, the participation and number of participants MUST be reported by Tuesday, September 12 to: info@rdtolmin.si or clani@rdtolmin.si, or on 0038653811710 (office) and SMS to 0038641344987 (Blaž).
The socializing will have a charitable note, as we will be collecting money for the Fishing Family Ljubno ob Savinji, which lost practically all of its property in the recent floods.
